This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for themegasus courses, premium learning plans, mentorship services, workshops, and related digital products. By purchasing or enrolling in a paid offering, you agree to this policy.
A refund may be considered when a duplicate payment is made, access is not provided due to a verified technical or payment issue, the wrong course is assigned by mistake, or a refund request is raised before meaningful use of the purchased course or service.
Refunds may not be available after course videos, downloadable resources, premium lessons, live sessions, certificates, mentorship calls, or other digital benefits have been substantially accessed or consumed. Customized programs, discounted offers, bundled purchases, and limited-time promotions may also be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
To request a refund, contact themegasus support with your registered name, email address, phone number, course or program name, payment reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Incomplete information may delay review.
Each refund request is reviewed based on payment records, access logs, course usage, program terms, and the reason provided. Approval is not automatic and remains subject to themegasus review and applicable laws.
Approved refunds are usually initiated within 7 to 10 business days after approval. The final credit timeline depends on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or wallet provider and may take additional time.
If money is deducted but enrollment is not activated, or if a duplicate payment is confirmed, we will verify the transaction and either activate access or initiate a refund to the original payment method where applicable.
In some cases, instead of a refund, themegasus may offer a course transfer, account credit, or enrollment adjustment. Any such option depends on availability, usage status, and the specific purchase terms.
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in pricing, payment processes, course delivery, or legal requirements. Updated terms will apply to purchases made after the revised policy is published.
